Production Process

1. Syrup & Binder Preparation

Butter, sugar syrup, honey, or glucose-based binders are heated and prepared to achieve proper viscosity and flavor balance.

2. Ingredient Mixing

Oats, dried fruits, seeds, and inclusions are gently blended with the binder in an industrial mixer to ensure even distribution without damaging structure.

3. Depositing & Forming

The mixture is deposited onto a forming conveyor and pressed into a continuous slab with adjustable thickness.

4. Baking Process

The slab passes through an industrial baking oven where controlled heat develops the characteristic flapjack texture, aroma, and structure.

5. Cooling & Stabilization

After baking, the product moves through a cooling tunnel to stabilize moisture and improve cutting performance.

6. Cutting System

Precision longitudinal and cross cutting units divide the slab into uniform bar sizes while maintaining clean edges.

7. Optional Coating

Products may be partially or fully coated with chocolate or yogurt compound for premium snack applications.

8. Automatic Packaging

Finished flapjack bars are transferred directly to high-speed packaging systems for hygienic wrapping.
