Production Process
1. Syrup Cooking
Sugar, glucose syrup, and water are cooked under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.
2. Whipping & Aeration
The cooked mass is mixed with gelatin or alternative aerating agents to create the characteristic fluffy structure.
3. Continuous Mixing
Ingredients are homogenized to ensure stable foam formation and consistent density.
4. Forming / Extrusion
The marshmallow mass is shaped through extrusion or depositing systems.
5. Cooling & Stabilization
Products pass through cooling tunnels to maintain structure and elasticity.
6. Cutting & Shaping
Marshmallows are cut into precise sizes and shapes.
7. Optional Coating
Sugar starch dusting or chocolate enrobing can be applied.
8. Packaging
Finished products are transferred automatically to packaging systems.
