Production Process
1. Sesame Cleaning & Sorting
Raw sesame seeds are cleaned from dust, stones, and foreign materials using vibration sieves and air separation systems.
2. Washing & Soaking
Seeds are washed and conditioned to improve peeling efficiency and product purity.
3. Dehulling (Shell Removal)
The outer shell of sesame seeds is removed to achieve lighter color and smoother final texture.
4. Roasting
Sesame seeds are roasted under controlled temperature to develop aroma, flavor, and oil release.
5. Cooling
Roasted seeds are cooled to protect oil quality and maintain nutritional value.
6. Grinding
Seeds are processed in tahini mills (stone mill or colloid mill) to obtain a homogeneous and creamy paste.
7. Storage & Homogenization
Tahini is transferred to stainless steel storage tanks with mixing systems to maintain consistency.
8. Packaging
Final product is filled into jars, buckets, or industrial containers through automatic filling systems.
