Production Process

3. Low-Temperature Forming

The mixture is gently formed into a continuous slab using pressure-controlled forming technology to protect natural ingredients.

4. Moisture Balancing / Drying

Products pass through a drying or conditioning tunnel to achieve optimal texture and shelf stability.

5. Cooling & Stabilization

Controlled cooling ensures structural strength and prevents deformation.

6. Cutting

Precision longitudinal and cross cutters divide the slab into consistent bar dimensions.

7. Optional Coating

Bars can be coated with chocolate, coconut flakes, or natural glaze systems.

8. Packaging

Finished products are automatically transferred to the packaging system.
