Production Process
1. Binder Preparation
Honey, glucose syrup, or natural binding formulations are prepared under controlled heating conditions to achieve proper adhesion without damaging sensitive ingredients.
2. Gentle Ingredient Blending
Whole oats, roasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits are mixed carefully to maintain particle integrity and prevent crushing.
3. Controlled Forming
The mixture is shaped into a continuous slab using low-pressure forming technology designed to preserve the characteristic crunchy granola structure.
4. Baking or Roasting (Optional)
Depending on the recipe, the product can pass through a baking or roasting stage to enhance flavor, aroma, and crispness.
5. Stabilization & Cooling
A cooling tunnel gradually stabilizes the structure, ensuring clean cutting and long shelf stability.
6. Precision Cutting
Longitudinal and cross-cutting systems create uniform bars while minimizing crumbling and product loss.
7. Optional Chocolate Enrobing
Granola bars can be partially or fully coated with chocolate for premium product variations.
8. Automatic Packaging
Finished products are transferred directly to packaging systems for hygienic and high-speed wrapping.
Breakfast Granola Production (Granola Clusters)
In addition to granola bars, the same production system can also be adapted for breakfast granola and granola clusters widely used in cereal and healthy snack markets.
The process begins with mixing oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweeteners such as honey or syrup to form a balanced granola mixture. The blend can then be baked or roasted in controlled conditions to create crunchy clusters with rich flavor and toasted aroma.
After baking, the product is cooled and gently broken into granola clusters of desired size, which can be used as breakfast cereal, yogurt toppings, or healthy snack mixes.
By adjusting mixing ratios, baking parameters, and cooling conditions, manufacturers can produce a wide variety of granola textures ranging from loose granola mix to crunchy cluster-style breakfast granola.
