Production Process
1. Cooking & Dissolving
Sugar, glucose syrup, gelatin or pectin are processed in an automatic cooker under controlled temperature to achieve the desired viscosity.
2. Mixing & Active Ingredient Dosing
Flavors, colors, acids, and sensitive ingredients such as vitamins or supplements are added through precision dosing systems to ensure formulation accuracy.
3. Depositing
The cooked mass is transferred to a servo-controlled depositing machine that fills molds with exact weight and uniform shape.
4. Cooling & Gel Formation
Deposited products move through cooling tunnels where the gummy structure stabilizes and chewiness develops.
5. Demolding & Surface Treatment
Gummies are automatically released from molds and optionally coated with oil, sugar, or sour blends.
6. Drying & Conditioning
Controlled drying improves texture stability, shelf life, and product consistency.
7. Packaging
Finished products are automatically transferred to weighing and packaging systems for hygienic final packing.
