Production Process

1. Curd Preparation & Standardization

Milk-based raw material is prepared and standardized to achieve the desired fat, moisture, and protein balance.

2. Mixing & Homogenization

Curd mass is blended with sugar, flavorings, stabilizers, or functional ingredients to obtain a smooth and uniform texture.

3. Forming & Portioning

The dairy mixture is shaped using extrusion or forming systems designed specifically for soft and temperature-sensitive products.

4. Cooling & Stabilization

Products pass through a controlled cooling tunnel to stabilize structure and maintain shape before further processing.

5. Optional Filling Process

Fruit fillings, caramel, or cream layers can be added through integrated filling systems.

6. Chocolate Enrobing (Optional)

Curd snacks can be coated with chocolate to improve shelf appeal and product protection.

7. Final Cooling & Hardening

A secondary cooling stage ensures coating stability and product durability during packaging.

8. Automatic Packaging

Finished snacks are transferred to hygienic packaging systems suitable for refrigerated or fresh dairy distribution.
