Production Process

1. Center Preparation

Chocolate, nut, or candy cores are prepared and sized for coating.

2. Loading into Dragee Pan

Centers are loaded into a rotating coating pan for controlled application.

3. Coating Application

Sugar syrup, chocolate, or compound coatings are applied gradually while the pan rotates, ensuring uniform coverage.

4. Polishing & Glazing

Optional polishing and glazing stages enhance visual appeal and surface smoothness.

5. Drying & Cooling

Coated dragees pass through a controlled environment to solidify coatings and prevent stickiness.

6. Optional Coloring & Flavoring

Sprays or dusts can be applied to create visually appealing and flavored dragees.

7. Final Packaging

Finished dragees are discharged from the pan and transferred to packaging lines for hygienic wrapping.
