Production Process
1. Binder & Syrup Preparation
Glucose syrup, honey, or energy-binding formulations are prepared under controlled heating conditions to achieve optimal viscosity and adhesion.
2. Ingredient Blending
Cereals, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and energy-boosting ingredients are blended with the binder to ensure even coating and balanced distribution.
3. Continuous Forming
The mixture is transferred to the forming section where it is compressed into a continuous slab using adjustable pressure systems designed for cohesive energy bar structures.
4. Stabilization & Cooling
The slab moves through a cooling tunnel to stabilize internal structure and maintain chewable texture before cutting.
5. Precision Cutting
Longitudinal and cross-cutting units divide the slab into consistent bar sizes with clean edges and minimal product loss.
6. Optional Chocolate Enrobing
Energy bars can be fully or partially coated with chocolate to create premium product variations.
7. Automatic Packaging
Finished products are automatically transferred to packaging machines for hygienic, high-speed wrapping.
