Production Process

1. Binder Preparation

Syrups, fats, or protein binders are prepared under controlled temperature conditions to achieve proper viscosity and binding performance.

2. High-Density Mixing

Protein powders, fibers, cereals, nut pastes, and functional ingredients are blended in an industrial mixer designed for heavy and compact formulations.

3. Extrusion & Forming

The mixture is transferred to the forming section where it is shaped using pressure-controlled rollers or extrusion systems to create a continuous protein bar slab or crunchy protein bar sheet.

4. Conditioning & Cooling

The product passes through a cooling or conditioning tunnel to stabilize texture and prevent deformation during cutting.

5. Precision Cutting

Advanced cutting systems divide the slab into uniform protein bars or crunchy cereal protein bars while maintaining clean edges even in dense or textured recipes.

6. Optional Chocolate Enrobing or Bottoming

Protein bars can be coated or partially covered with chocolate for added value products.

7. Automatic Packaging

Finished bars are automatically transferred to packaging systems for hygienic and high-speed wrapping.
