Production Process
1. Nougat Preparation
Sugar syrup, glucose, and aerated ingredients are processed to produce a soft nougat base with controlled density.
2. Nougat Forming
The nougat mass is deposited or extruded onto the conveyor to create a uniform base layer.
3. Caramel Cooking & Depositing
Caramel is cooked in a controlled cooker and evenly deposited over the nougat layer.
4. Nut Distribution
Roasted peanuts or mixed nuts are automatically sprinkled and pressed into the caramel layer for consistent coverage.
5. Pre-Cooling & Stabilization
The layered slab passes through a cooling tunnel to stabilize structure before cutting.
6. Cutting & Portioning
Precision cutting systems divide the slab into individual bar sizes while maintaining clean layer separation.
7. Chocolate Enrobing
Bars are fully coated using a chocolate enrobing machine, ensuring smooth surface finish and uniform thickness.
8. Final Cooling & Packaging
Chocolate crystallization is completed in a cooling tunnel before automatic flow-pack packaging.
