Production Process
1. Tahini Preparation
Sesame paste (tahini) is prepared or transferred to the process tanks under controlled temperature conditions.
2. Sugar Syrup Cooking
Sugar and glucose syrup are cooked in vacuum or atmospheric cookers to reach the required structure and moisture level.
3. Aeration & Mixing
Cooked syrup is blended with tahini inside a special halva mixer where controlled crystallization creates the characteristic fibrous texture.
4. Flavor & Inclusion Addition
Cocoa, vanilla, nuts, or flavor components are added during mixing.
5. Forming & Molding
The halva mass is transferred into molds or forming systems for block or bar shaping.
6. Cooling & Stabilization
Products are cooled gradually to maintain structure and prevent oil separation.
7. Cutting & Portioning
Automatic cutting systems divide halva into uniform sizes.
8. Optional Chocolate Enrobing
Products can be coated using a chocolate enrobing line.
9. Packaging
Finished halva products are automatically packed for distribution.
