Production Process
1. Sugar Cooking
Sugar and glucose syrup are cooked under controlled temperature to reach the correct moisture and texture.
2. Cooling & Conditioning
The candy mass is cooled to a workable consistency.
3. Flavor & Color Mixing
Ingredients are added and evenly distributed.
4. Forming & Rope Sizing
Candy mass is shaped into ropes or deposited forms.
5. Cutting & Shaping
Products are formed into final shapes using molds or forming dies.
6. Final Cooling
Cooling tunnels stabilize hardness and surface quality.
7. Packaging
Candies are transferred to wrapping and packaging systems.
