Production Process

1. Chocolate Melting & Tempering

Chocolate or compound coatings are melted and tempered in a controlled tank to maintain proper viscosity, flow, and shine.

2. Product Feeding

Pre-formed bars, snacks, or confectionery items are automatically fed onto the enrobing conveyor.

3. Chocolate Enrobing

Products pass under curtain or waterfall chocolate systems, ensuring uniform coating on all surfaces

4. Topping & Decoration (Optional)

Nuts, sprinkles, drizzles, or other decorative toppings can be applied immediately after enrobing.

5. Excess Chocolate Removal

Vibrating or draining conveyors remove excess chocolate for uniform thickness and minimal waste.

6. Cooling & Solidification

The enrobed products move through a controlled cooling tunnel to crystallize chocolate and stabilize the coating.

7. Final Cutting & Packaging

Products can be cut, portioned, and automatically transferred to packaging machines for hygienic wrapping.
