Production Process
1. Sugar Cooking
Sugar, glucose syrup, and water are cooked in a controlled cooker to reach the required hard-crack stage, forming a high-temperature candy mass.
2. Ingredient Incorporation
Optional ingredients such as roasted nuts or seeds are blended into the hot candy mass to create brittle-style confectionery products
3. Slab Forming
The cooked mass is transferred to the forming section where it is spread and leveled into a continuous sheet with adjustable thickness.
4. Cooling & Hardening
The candy slab passes through a cooling conveyor or tunnel to rapidly stabilize the structure and achieve the desired brittle texture.
5. Precision Cutting
Longitudinal and cross-cutting systems divide the hardened slab into uniform hard candy bars or brittle pieces.
6. Optional Coating or Finishing
Products can optionally receive chocolate coating or decorative toppings for premium confectionery variations.
7. Automatic Packaging
Finished candy bars are transferred automatically to packaging systems such as flow-pack or pillow-pack machines.
