Caramel Production Process with This Unit

1. Ingredient Loading

Sugar, glucose syrup, milk powder, fats, and flavor components are fed into the upper tank.

2. Controlled Cooking

Ingredients are transferred into the lower cooking kettle where precise heating ensures caramelization without burning.

3. Scraper Mixing System

The powerful bottom-mounted mixer prevents sticking and guarantees uniform heat distribution.

4. Moisture & Texture Control

The operator controls temperature and cooking time to achieve soft, chewy, or flowing caramel consistency.

5. Discharge & Cooling Preparation

Cooked caramel is discharged through the hygienic valve system and transferred to cooling tables, drums, or forming lines.
