Production Process

1. Fruit Preparation & Puree Processing

Fresh or frozen fruits are washed, crushed, and processed into smooth puree using industrial preparation systems.

2. Mixing & Recipe Adjustment

Fruit puree is blended with natural sweeteners, pectin, stabilizers, or functional ingredients to achieve desired consistency.

3. Cooking & Concentration

The mixture is gently heated to reduce moisture and improve product stability while preserving natural flavor and color.

4. Spreading & Forming

The prepared mass is evenly spread onto conveyor belts or trays with adjustable thickness control.

5. Drying

Multi-zone drying tunnels remove moisture under controlled temperature and airflow, forming flexible fruit leather texture.

6. Cooling & Conditioning

The product stabilizes before further processing to ensure elasticity and cutting performance.

7. Cutting & Rolling

Sheets are cut into strips or rolled into fruit rolls according to product design.

8. Packaging

Finished products are automatically transferred to packaging systems for hygienic packing.
